  It is a shame that all the contents are very cheap and nasty, little things that you need like knives that don't cut, a cheap kettle that leaks boiling water, and the shower was very low pressure, a dismal drip, there's also a bossy sign saying to do the washing up or you'll cop a $50 fee but there's only one dish cloth and half a souring pad for a week's stay. Check-out is an hour too early. The open fire is boarded up which would be lovely but the electric heater heats the place sufficiently, however there is a sign advising not to touch the thermostat or the heater won't work which leaves me wondering why not spend a couple of dollars and fix it! Half a million dollar business and you can't fix a dodgy thermostat? The property has tonnes of potential and wouldn't take much to make it great and a more pleasurable stay for paying guests.

  Perfect location, very close to Coles Bay beach with a world class view you can't tire of. Good value for money considering the location and space. Waterfronter 1 is upstairs and Waterfronter 2 is downstairs, that wasn't clear when booking. The beds are comfortable.
