  Even before you arrive the service starts with a private lounge for arrival and departure at Hobart airport. Champagne and a personal tour on arrival. With only 20 suites and 40 guests, the staffing can peak at 100, so the service levels are excellent. The staff all seemed know your name, be aware of your activity timetable and were clearly encouraged to chat, not just provide service, which makes you feel very welcome.

  The perfect place for the ultimate escape. Everything from the rooms, housekeeping, location, hospitality staff and guides (Martin & Declan) was exceptional! Justin and the team at Saffire provided an experience above and beyond our expectations.   Activity highlights included the mineral salts bath followed by a relaxing massage and certainly the oyster experience. Visiting the oyster farm and standing out in the water at a white-clothed table, wine, cheese, condiments and having oysters literally lifted out of the sea and shucked for you to eat moments later. Amazing. There are also winery tours, a cruise, kayaking, feeding of Tasmanian Devils on site and more.

  My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. This is the perfect place for some serious, luxurious R&R. Everything was absolute perfection from the room to the food, and the location to the hospitality. With an extra special thanks to Russell; the General Manager, Paul; the tour guide, and Taye; the masseuse from the Spa...you made our weekend a very special one and one to remember. You've set the bar very, VERY high!

  There is an excellent set of menus changing daily but all entirely customisable for your own preferences, combined with possibly Tasmania's best cellar rumoured to have 2000 bottles. The lunches combine interesting complex salads with a choice of hot main dishes.

  Beautiful flowing architecture, private bushland settings and attentive staff. Great little touches like separating the air conditioning from your suite, so your room is a perfect temperature yet still silent.
